Send a Gift Delivery Terms
Submit complete address of the recipient, including telephone numbers while placing the order. We shall not be held responsible for any loss/damage of the goods in any case. All confirmed orders will be acknowledged. We will always try to make the delivery during the date specified on the order. However, any delay for whatever reason shall not be entitled the client to any damages or compensation. Delivery of the item will be made only at the address specified. A message with a contact number will be left at the address provided if no one if available at the time of delivery. We only keep the item on hold for 3 days after which the order will be considered complete. If the addressee is not present at the address no refund will be made under any circumstances. Refund of goods is at the sole discretion of the management of Metro Malayali.
You can order gift items through metromalayali.in If there is no one available at the shipping addresses (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late.
Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
For gifts to Kerala, same day delivery is applicable only to delivery order received by 9:00 AM IST. SAME DAY DELIVERY IS NOT APPLICABLE ON ORDER RECEIVED ON SUNDAYS. SAME DAY DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE ONLY ON HAND DELIVERED ITEMS TO THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS.
Orders after 9:00 am will be delivered the next day. We deliver any time between 7:00 AM to 9PM IST. This may extend on special occasions such as Cristmas, New year, Easter, Onam, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc. We also deliver on Sunday after 2:00 pm.
In case of unavailabilty or restrictions for deliveries for various reasons, Metro Malayali uses other vendors to process the order and are not liable for inaccuracy of delivery.
Certain chocolate gift boxes will take about 3 to 7 days for processing. Order is advance for your gifts to be delivered on time at the recipient's location.
Image Policy: We strive to provide the most accurate images of our products as possible. However, despite our best efforts, some product images prove difficult or impossible to obtain. In these cases, we will use the closest representative image we can find for the product. These representative, illustrative images may show optional accessories or features, or may be an image of a similar product. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read the product description and other related product literature before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about a product even after reading the description and product literature, please contact us. Products may vary in shape, size, color or ingredients and are subjected to availability at the time of order.
Substitution Policy: If a product is unavailable, the next closest resembling product of the same price or higher will be delivered without notification. Instances where the delivery is placed for 3 days or more after the order date, we will notify the sender about the unavailable item and alternatives available. We are here to provide the best service possible.
*Same Day Delivery is not a guaranteed service. This service is provided to assist our customers in the most urgent situations. Placing orders in advance is highly encouraged.

ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED ONLY AFTER THE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED AND CONFIRMED BY PAYPAL. Once payment is received you will receive an email confirmation from Paypal on behalf of Metro Malayali. This email will contain the transaction ID, senders name and address and the amount processed. All amounts are in US Dollars and there is no transaction fees involved in processing your payment through Paypal. All payments are securely processed through Paypal.
