Instructions to fill the Application in Online
Step 1 :Click the Link http://http://www.passportindia.gov.in
Step 2 :Click on "Register" link under the Apply section on the Home Page.
Step 3 :Login to the Passport Seva Online Portal with the registered Login Id and Password.
Step 4 :Click "Apply for Fresh Passport/Re-issue of Passport" link.
Step 5 :Fill in the required details in the form and submit.
Step 6 :Click the "Pay and Schedule Appointment" link on the "View Saved/Submitted Applications" screen to schedule an appointment.
Step 7 :Online Payment has been made mandatory for booking appointments at all Passport Seva Kendras. Online Payment can be made using any one of the following modes:
Step 8 :Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard and Visa)
Step 9 :Internet Banking (State Bank of India (SBI) and Associate Banks Only)
Step 10 :SBI Bank Challan
Step 11 :Click the "Print Application Receipt" link to print the application receipt containing Application Reference Number (ARN)/Appointment Number.
Step 12 :Visit the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) where appointment has been booked, along with original documents.
Follow the following steps to know the documents required :
Note: The Name, Parents Name, Spouse Name and Address are same in all documents we produced.

Step 3 : Select ‘Type of Application’, ‘Applicant Category’, Is applicants Date of Birth before 26/01/1989, Is applicant eligible for Non-ECR category etc.
Step 4 : Click ‘ Continue’
Step 5 : Select Applicant Case
Step 6 : Then click ‘View Required Documents’
Step 7 : Click ‘Proof of Present Address’, ‘Proof of Date of Birth’
Step 8 : The documents details will be appear
